How It Works
The Transfer Process

Purchase Your Firearm
Buy your firearm from an online retailer or another FFL dealer and have them ship it to Fair Oaks Firearms.

We Receive the Transfer
We receive the firearm and notify you when it arrives. Our FFL information is available on request.
03
Complete the 4473
Come in, complete the ATF Form 4473, and pass the NICS background check.

Pick Up Your Firearm
Once approved, take possession of your firearm. The whole process is quick and straightforward.
